The quickest, easiest way to get on my massage table is to schedule an appointment online. Click on the "Book Now" button. If you call my cell or use the contact form from my website, we may end up playing phone tag since I am currently filled to the brim with massage appointments. I am trying my best to return all calls within 24 hours. You may also call my office at 210.967-4400 to schedule, reception hours are Monday-Saturday 10am-5:30. (But online is definitely the best, you'll get to see open appointment times and choose what you like.)

I ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to complete your health intake forms - otherwise it may cut into your massage session. If you'd like to complete the form at home and bring it with you, the PDF file is available here.

I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy - so be sure to alert me of any changes that need to be made to our appointment 1 day in advance.
